This working group consists of young but experienced scientists from various research fields, such as environmental geochemistry, environmental analytical chemistry, isotope geochemistry, environmental health, and public health. They will work together to actively strengthen cooperation with the International Medical Geology Association (IMGA) in order to promote this international association. They will also actively invite scientists and graduates from different research areas related to PTE (potentially toxic elements) and health to join in the IMGA, and invite them to engage in in-depth exchanges of academic ideas and share the latest research findings. It will open new horizons, inspire new ideas, and inject new energy into further research in the IMGA, which will enhance the effectiveness of disease prevention and treatment, provide important support for advancing global health care.

The working group includes Prof. Juan Liu from the Guangzhou University (serves as the Chair), and Prof. Pan Wu from the Guizhou University (serves as the Co-Chair), Prof. Chengshuai Liu from the Institute of Geochemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (serves as the Co-Chair), Prof. Jianbo Shi from China University of Geosciences (serves as the Co-Chair), and Prof. Qian Liu from the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences (serves as the Co-Chair). Dr. Wanpeng Chen from Guangzhou University as the Secretary.
