Dr. Fiorella Barraza

Fiorella Barraza is a biogeochemist graduated from the University of Toulouse, France. Her research focuses on the transfer of trace elements within the soil / air-plant system, as well as the study of air quality. She has a special interest in the environmental and human health impacts of extractive activities such as mining, bitumen, crude oil, and agriculture. She has more than six years of experience in research projects in South America and in Canada.
