Call for Abstract – International Student Conference on Medical Geology and Environmental Health – Latin America & the Caribbean (ISCMGEH-LAC 2027)
We are pleased to announce that abstract submission for the International Student Conference on Medical Geology and Environmental Health – Latin America & the Caribbean (ISCMGEH-LAC 2027) is now open, as of Monday, 26 October 2026.
The conference will be held online from 17–19 March 2027, bringing together students, early-career researchers, and scientists from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the international community in the fields of Medical Geology, Environmental Health, GeoHealth, and One Health.
Abstracts are invited within the following main topics:
• Session 1. Contaminants and Environmental Health
• Session 2. Climate Change, Natural Hazards and Public Health
• Session 3. Emerging Issues in Medical Geology and Environmental Health
• Session 4. GeoHealth, Policy, Communities, Sustainable Development and One HealthParticipation and abstract submission are free of charge.
Selected student presentations will be eligible for Awards, including annual memberships from IMGA and SEGH, as well as Springer Nature Student Awards.
