Ting Gao

Ting Gao is an environmental geochemist at South China Agricultural University. He received his Ph.D. in Environmental Science from the Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has more than ten years of experience leading and contributing to metal stable isotope projects. His research focuses on metal elements such as Mg, Fe, Zn, and Cd, with primary efforts devoted to developing stable isotope methodologies, elucidating isotope fractionation mechanisms, characterizing metal migration and transformation processes, and constraining the biological fate and bioavailability of metals in terrestrial environments.
