Dr. Qifeng Tang

Dr. Qifeng Tang is an Associate Professor at the National Research Center for Geoanalysis affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences and the China Geological Survey, where he serves as Head of the Department of GeoHealth. He is also Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Eco-geochemistry, Ministry of Natural Resources, China. He holds a Ph.D. in Geochemistry, with research expertise in GeoHealth, Medical Geology, and Eco-geochemistry. His current work focuses on leading GeoHealth survey projects under the China Geological Survey, investigating the behavior of elements in high geological background settings and their implications for human health, and also focusing on identifying and utilizing beneficial geological resources that promote human health.
