Prof. Feng Guo

Prof. Guo, a researcher at the National Research Center for Geoanalysis, specializes in mass spectrometric analysis and organic geochemistry. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineer from Guizhou University, and a PhD degree in Environmental Science from Research Center for Eco-Environmental Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her researches mainly focuses on: 1) Developing analytical methods by HRMS for emerging contaminates in the environment; 2) Identifying and characterizing the migration, transformation, and risk assessment of emerging contaminates(e.g. Antibiotics, Endocrine disruptors, etc.)in Environment. Dr. Guo has presided over and participated in more than 10 national and provincial projects. In recent years, he has mainly presided over the completion of the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China entitled “Non-targeted Identification and Transformation Mechanisms of Emerging Polar Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Derivatives in Groundwater-Soil Systems”, the Geological Survey Project “Quality Monitoring and Evaluation of Water Resources on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau”. She also serves as Member of the Youth Academic Committee of the Chinese Association for Instrumental Analysis and Member of the New Pollutant Control Professional Committee.
